One of the unique ways we use to raise capital for some of our clients is through what we call a "Security Token Offering" aka an STO. This process is much less expensive and easier to accomplish than a traditional IPO. In most cases it also provides immediate liquidity for investors and shareholders on secondary market exchanges which you can't get by doing a traditional capital raise. This is all accomplished by using a blockchain and issuing digital shares in your company instead of traditional paper shares.
